What is your return policy?
We want you to love your candles! If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us at contact@quietluxuryfragrance.com. Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we can only accept returns for unused, unopened items. Personalised candles cannot be returned unless faulty.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
