Candle Care Tips

1. Trim the Wick
Before every burn, trim your candle wick to 5mm (¼ inch). This helps prevent:

Soot and smoke

Flickering or uneven flames

Excessive wax tunneling

2. Burn to the Edge
On the first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the jar. This prevents “tunneling” and helps your candle burn evenly for its full lifespan.

3. Burn Time
Burn your candle for no more than 3–4 hours at a time. This protects the wick and container from overheating and ensures a consistent fragrance throw.

4. Re-Center the Wick
After each use, gently reposition the wick to the center if it has shifted. This ensures even melting and helps the wax pool stay level.

5. Extinguish Gently
Use a snuffer or lid to put out your candle. Blowing it out may cause hot wax to splatter or wick misalignment.

6. Reuse or Refill
Once your candle reaches 1cm of wax at the bottom, it’s time to clean the jar and use one of our eco-friendly candle refills. Sustainability never smelled so good.

How to Use Candle Refills

Clean your original candle jar of any remaining wax or wick.

Insert your new refill—pre-molded to fit perfectly.

Light the wick, enjoy the same luxurious scent, and feel good about reducing waste.

Wax Melt Care Tips

1. Use a Suitable Warmer
Place your wax melts in a glass, ceramic or electric wax warmer specifically designed for melt.

2. Don’t Add Water
Never add water or oil to your wax warmer. Wax melts are ready to use as is.

3. Replace When Needed
When the fragrance fades (8-10hrs), allow the wax to cool completely, then remove and replace with a new cube or portion.

4. Clean Between Scents
Wipe your warmer with a paper towel or cotton pad between scent changes to avoid mixing aromas.
